Tattoo on Offer

From time to time, Kayo likes to challenge himself and ink tattoos that he would like to . This therefore means , availability of suitable models who are willing to get inked.

Silver Phoenix offers a few of such tattoos for FREE.
If you are interested in getting one of the tattoos on offer, pls fill in the attached form .

Please Note:

1. Silver Phoenix has sole right to decide on suitability of the person for the tattoo. Offering yourself as a model does not mean that you would automatically get selected.

2. The tattoo will be inked as per the convenience of the artist The tattoo may require multiple sessions so the model has to be ready to take out time for the same.

3. All tattoos will be inked at Silver Phoenix Tattoo Parlour only.

4. Models need to be above 18 year of age
